Holistic AI is building AI assurance and risk management tooling for a regulatory landscape that is still forming. The application had to convince assessors that the standards work was research, not consultancy.

- Anchored the proposal in the technical uncertainty of measuring and auditing model risk at scale.
- Mapped the work to emerging AI regulation to evidence timing and market pull.
- Led the full application including work packages, costings and impact case.

Holistic AI secured £596,670 to lead development of an AI risk management platform.
