The challenge
A company coming out of a successful ATI feasibility study had six weeks to convert prototype results into a full collaborative proposal, and needed an industry partner to sponsor the next stage. Without that sponsorship, strong technology still fails the relevance test.
What we did
- Translated feasibility test results into delivery-focused work packages tied to an identified industry partner need.
- Wrote the technical case, collaboration agreement and cost breakdown against the ATI Programme checklist.
- Ran a compliance pass against every instruction in the call before submission through the Innovation Funding Service.
The result
A £1.2M collaborative award over two years, with a named industry partner and a defined path to flight-ready hardware.
