HR Data Hub secures £331,000 to develop an innovative AI driven Diversity and Inclusion impact tool
Goal
To develop an innovative and objective data driven toolset to quickly and easily capture organisations Diversity and Inclusion status and use these datasets to create an AI D&I Impact tool which will allow organisations to directly link D&I investments to financial and non-financial business results.
Problem/Challenge
Research suggests that investment in Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) should increase business financial performance and employee wellbeing and retention. The challenge is demonstrating that D&I investments have a solid business case with a RoI allowing investment with confidence.
Solution
HR Data Hub are creating a new D&I IMPACT product on the HR DataHub SaaS platform and an AI data submission tool which will provide companies with a clear understanding of how their approach to D&I is affecting the underlying performance of their business. This will enable HR leaders to propose and drive meaningful change, strengthen their diversity and help their business to improve their performance in all areas.
Introduction to HR Data Hub
HR Data Hub was founded in 2018 on the belief that HR needs unbiased, actionable data to deliver business results with initial focus on Reward, Recruitment, Engagement and a D&I index that helps benchmark companies' performance on D&I "Input" metrics.
Result
The collaboration between HR Data Hub and Grant Up proved to be a resounding success, securing the crucial £331,000 grant funding required to deliver the project. This financial support has enabled HR Data Hub to make significant strides in the development and implementation of their Innovative data-driven D&I Impact tool.
