- A proportionate clinical evidence plan: study or trial design, endpoints, recruitment assumptions and named clinical partners where relevant
- An MHRA regulatory pathway that reflects the device or diagnostic classification, with applicable approvals, evidence requirements and realistic milestones agreed with your regulatory adviser
- Clear separation of technical, clinical and regulatory risks, with costed work packages and go/no-go decisions
- A credible NHS adoption case showing how the technology fits the care pathway and how patient benefit and value will be evaluated
